From tallying the number during the first days of his life to analyzing color when he is ill to keeping track of how many times in a row he's put it in the toilet (4 times over two days) and not in his diaper (0 times in two days), I never knew how very integral to my life his poop is.
He's making the move to scale back my role as official poop tracker and I couldn't be more excited.
Now about that pee...

Oh, big stuff! Lily was the opposite -- she got the peeing in the potty thing down, but was fearful/anxious about the whole pooping thing. Took a while of us pretending we didn't mind a bit that we were still changing poopy diapers to let her ease into the idea. It's an exciting rite of passage, but I have to say, sometimes -- when we're in the car nowhere near a public restroom, or when we ARE near a disgusting public restroom, I kind of miss the diapers!
