Over Easy

Obviously Linus was saving the roll over until he could have a BIG moment.

Today, our family attended a free class through Duke Health Systems called "The Infants' Developmental Dance". I, unknowingly, assumed that 'dance' was a metaphor for baby's growth. However, as Adrian feared, I was wrong. It was a class about movement and dancing with baby. It was loads of fun though because Linus loves to move and groove. And... Adrian even got into it when he could use Linus as a prop.

Anyway, at the beginning of the class, the instructor was showing everyone about the development of movements baby makes in order to achieve milestones (lifting head, rolling over, crawling, etc.) Apparently, Linus just needed someone to narrate because as she was showing the different steps Linus was following along. He lifted his head up, propped himself on his elbows, and then promptly rolled over. Not only that, he did it again when I put him on his tummy.

The instructor was very impressed with his skill and of course, Mommy and Daddy were beaming.
