I find mine like to nap the longest on the days we have to go somewhere. Never on the days I could stay home and get work done.

Yep, it's zucchini bread. I've never made it before and am quite weirded out by the whole vegetable bread thing (I don't eat carrot cake for this reason) but am willing to try it at hubby's request. We're having it at breakfast tomorrow so I'll let you know if I gag on veggie bread. ;)
