It's Bananas. B-A-N-A-N-A-S

From tallying the number during the first days of his life to analyzing color when he is ill to keeping track of how many times in a row he's put it in the toilet (4 times over two days) and not in his diaper (0 times in two days), I never knew how very integral to my life his poop is.

He's making the move to scale back my role as official poop tracker and I couldn't be more excited.

Now about that pee...

Oh, big stuff! Lily was the opposite -- she got the peeing in the potty thing down, but was fearful/anxious about the whole pooping thing. Took a while of us pretending we didn't mind a bit that we were still changing poopy diapers to let her ease into the idea. It's an exciting rite of passage, but I have to say, sometimes -- when we're in the car nowhere near a public restroom, or when we ARE near a disgusting public restroom, I kind of miss the diapers!

Yay! That's fantastic.

And you are so right about the poop obsession. We have it in our house, too. One of those things no one tells you about pre-children. :)
