(No, we didn't share the drool covered house with anyone else.)
(Recipe: Our Best Bites. You definitely want this one.)
(Because I already ate all the ones my friend Suzi made.)
Wishing you holidays as delicious as your sugar plum dreams.

Yum. Just added ingredients to my shopping list. I think these will be a hit at our family gathering tomorrow!
Safe travels to the Bartels!
Merry Christmas! That looks like super sticky fun!
Fantastic recipe -- thanks! And merry Christmas!
OK, I don't know how many readers you have, Abby, especially here in KC, but we had a terrible time finding Rolos at this late date! Bill went to three grocery stores last night and stood in front of the empty "Rolo" section of the candy aisle, along with several other disgruntled shoppers, all murmuring about Rolos. He finally found some this morning -- in the candy BAR aisle at Walgreen's, meaning that he had to buy a bunch of individual rolls instead of one big bag. He told me I don't even want to know how much they cost! I told him I really didn't need to make them that badly, but he doesn't like to disappoint. So maybe I can auction these suckers off on eBay for $3 apiece to recoup our investment! Hilarious. My family is going to love them.
Oh Corrie! I had no idea there'd be a rush on Rolos. Around these parts, it's impossible to find fresh cranberries and peppermint extract.
What a good man Bill is for hunting them down. The good news is that these are so easy to make, you can make them anytime of the year. You know when Rolos are in less demand.
Have a merry Christmas even if it does end up being in a L&D room.

PS- Any way you could hold off until just after midnight on the 1st of January b/c that would be AWESOME?!?!
Yum! And right back at you!
I have been baking like a fiend and loving it!
And by the way, my son recognized you at Elmo's the other night. I, however, wasn't paying attention. Sorry I missed you,
Cute pictures!!!!! I hope you had fabulous Holidays!!! I haven't gotten around to blogging any of ours, but they were...well...interesting.
I love putting nuts on these. My friend made them with M & M's. But I really like the nut idea
Thanks
