There's No Place Like Home

Top 5 Signs Your Toddler is Happy to be Home

  1. Runs around at top speed chasing cats while screaming, "Me-Yow!"
  2. Yanks open piano and pounds out a 20 second "I'm back" concerto before running off again.
  3. Streaks around the house bouncing from activity to activity- coloring, drumming, trains, cars, cats, bed jumping- without repeat.
  4. Devours supper of frozen vegetables and sweet potato.
  5. Sleeps a full 14 hours from 7PM until 9AM while his parents enjoy the silence.

Welcome Home! It's gotta feel great. (As did the 14 hours of silence!)

What's funny is that I can imagine YOU doing those things. The running in circles and pounding the piano especially.

:D

(I bet the sleep eluded you, though, didn't it?)

Welcome back. - Julia

I love a kid who gives 100% all day long before collapsing--he sounds like my youngest!
