We've Only Just Begun

One down, two to go... and we already have too much to haul home. Well, you know what they say: It's the most wonderful time of the year!!

We celebrated the official Christmas in Wakefield this year. It was so great to get to see my brothers and their wives (or in Kate's case, soon-to-be). Watching everyone interact with Linus was special.

I also enjoyed being able to spend time with my mom and dad. They love seeing Linus and I wish it could happen even more often. I was a bit teary as we drove away... my dad gets me every time.

Now, we are eagerly awaiting the arrival of Uncle Jonathan and Aunt Chelsea so that the Bartel celebrating can begin. I'm thinking Jonathan might be coming down with something... perhaps he should take the day off to recover. But, whatever time they arrive, a good time will be had by all.
